We didn't choose between Neapolitan and East Coast. We mastered both.
From Naples we take the soul — slow cold-fermented dough, naturally sweet Bianco DiNapoli tomatoes, fresh Grande mozzarella, and a light blistered crust.
From the East Coast we take the character — a satisfying fold-worthy chew, bold flavors, and cup & char pepperoni that crisps at the edges.
